I hate to post a question on this.
As I hate to seem like a fool who knows nothing.
But then again, I suppose I am.
Basically, I love the unicorns but just recently joined the forum so I do not know alot of information or have alot of rare things (I have Unicorns are people too, wwcoh and 2014). I am looking forward to the Islands album. It may suck, I dont know, but I am hoping for goodness. I also saw the gmail account with the exclusive alden tracks and am going to download that stuff later.
My question is simple
on the first post he talked about the finished or demos of unicorns songs left unfinished, either for a new album or stuff from old albums. I would be very very pleased to hear these (as I agree, i hate the isaldns version of abominable snowman). So, my question is, where can I find these songs? If they are simply in the gmail account I'm sure I will have egg on my face. But I suppose it doesent hurt to ask.
Oh and, as a fan of hip hop, Busdriver rapping with 2/3 of the unicorns on tuff ghost made me feel all fuzzy inside (i know the bootleg of that show may suck but I'd still wanna hear it)

If you had said you loved the Islands version of "Abominable Snowman" I would have uploaded my entire unicorns/alden/corngangg/islands discography for you. But now you've offended me so, sorry.

Sadly I have had to close down the bootleg area, a few people found a loophole and were downloading files when the area was closed - bandwidth for a lot of months is very very tight, and unfortunately we may hit our limit before the month is out (hopefully we don't go down for a day or two, but we'll see).......

Basically just say what you need and I'm sure someone will be able to help you out in the short term. We'll have to look into ideas for long term solutions.

ah thank you watermelon, i suppose for now i'll live with what i have (the unicorns albums and the alden stuff that was in the gmail account)

i didnt realize you were kidding as I actually have had similar things happen to me in the past with total sincerity (some people definitely have an ego trip about their taste in music, i know a kid who doesen't like th ebeatles, and instead of just saying he just doesent dig it for some reason, he swears that everyone else in the world who likes them is wrong...but he loves all the jedi bands who owe so much to the beatles...anyway i digress)
I got a bunch of stuff already from the gmail account (like the hip hop bootleg, some all make parts stuff). What I was mainly looking for were the unreleased later unicorns stuff, anything not in that gmail account. And stuff off the alden 7"s if you have it. I am going to try and buy those 3 things that alden is selling from his label but they seem sold out, and even if i get them id like to have mp3s that way i can put them onto a cd and drive with em!
anyway, thanks for whatever help you can give, if i get anything unicorns, alden or islands related that i dont have already, it makes me a happy person

oh and i dig the clouddead picture
clouddead were the group that made me start liking hip hop again after 4 years of not listening to it (ironic since hip hop was the first music i became obsessed with, now im obsessed with EVERYTHING), also ironic because clouddead is about as far from hip hop as you can be while still being able to call yourself hip hop

Haha, sorry for coming off so mean. I thought it would be clear if I went overboard and saying I would have uploaded everything I had for you.

cLOUDDEAD have completely renewed my hope in the "hip hop" genre. The only rap I ever liked before were the Beastie Boys and I listened to them years ago and not so much anymore.

I will put together a little mp3 package for you later.
