Awesome show yesterday in Paris.

Had dinner table next to the band and chat a little. Guys are so cool.

Setlist with good surprises : Subtitle's presence due to a gig tonight in Paris and a GREAT cover of our countryman Sebastien Tellier.

So I've seen Islands twice in the past 10 days.

In Geneva, the show was nice, with Subtitle opening (and then singing on that Whalebone song). The voice level was pretty low, though.

Last Sunday, there played in a very small venue in the middle of nowhere (Bad Bonn in Düdingen, for those interested). There were about 100 people in the audience. The sound was awesome, as well as the whole gig. It was their last show in Europe, and they looked pretty tired.

Also, they covered Divine in both of the shows.

Yeah, I also wonder what the story is. Patrice was an amazing bass player.

Anyone know who the new bass player is? What other bands he's played for?
